Jansel has been incredible with communication from the start. His fees are fair and his contract is very straightforward. He was quick to visit the home to take photos and measurements and even quicker to provide preliminary plans for my approval. He actually listened to what I wanted to do with the Reno and created my vision via those plans.
Another HUGE plus is that Jansel submits the plans to the city and takes care of it all during each step until the permit plans are approved. He lessens the stress out of a very stressful process. He is also INCREDIBLY patient, forthright and a pleasure to work with. I would not think twice before seeking his architectural services again.
